Project Manager

Al has been serving GDR and its clients since 1995. A 20-year craftsman in the construction industry, he also worked as an auto mechanic, an auto body technician, and an industrial roofer. Al holds a Certified Lead Carpenter recognition from NARI and recently received Universal EPA certification for Air Conditioning Refrigeration through the North Montco Technical Career Center.

Sporting his trademark straw hat, Al loves being on the job with his Bosch tools and working hard with his hands to create the homeowner’s dream. He is particularly skilled in researching new products and understanding how they are supposed to work. Al pays careful attention to the minute details of each project. He loves the challenges and variety that he faces daily and is great at communicating with clients what he’s doing and why.   

Al has been married since 1992 to his beautiful wife, Tammy.  They have four children whom they home school. He is a member of Perkiomenville Mennonite Church.
