I can’t say enough good things about the job Gehman did on remodeling our entire first floor. It started with a long design process to get everything just right. The work involved removing walls, all new kitchen, all new flooring, all new painting, new custom stained stairs, white washed brick wall fireplace. new recessed and hanging lighting, new plumbing for kitchen, powder and laundry room and more. The team were all highly professional, friendly and informative and project foreman Michael Gourley was the best. And Dennis Gehman always made us feel like we were more than just another project to him. We got exactly what we wanted with the quality we wanted and you can’t do better than that. August 25, 2024 – I want to add that we have used Gehman for a few smaller projects since our remodel. I have never regretted that choice. Each project they made sure they understood what was wanted and provided a clear design and price. And each time the work was top notch and in budget. In my earlier post I also forgot to mention Tyler as the lead designer. A pleasure to work with and a great listener. I will continue to use Gehman as our go to company for future projects.

I had Gehman Design Remodeling do a complete remodel of the first floor of my home which involved removing the old carpet, and all the existing baseboard and woodwork trim. They installed new hardwood to match the existing hardwood, installed upgraded baseboard and wood trim work and painted all the walls, ceilings and trim in all the rooms. They planned and executed the remodeling from start to finish., no need on my part to coordinate the various trades, carpenters, flooring, painters, and electricians etc. The work was done to the highest professional standards using high quality materials. Their workers are very professional and accommodating. Over the 2.5 month remodeling period they accommodated me living in the house being sure the house was available to me at the end of the day. I highly recommend Gehman Design and Remodeling if you want a firm that plans and executes the job from start to finish with the highest professional standards and using the highest quality materials.

We had an old deck removed and a new one installed. They also lnstalled a new front door and storm door. All work was done in a timely manner. The workers were very professional and worked clean. We had a great experience with Gehman for our tile walk-in shower remodel. . Tyler was quick to call back after my initial inquiry. He was at the house to see what we had and had the design for us. He helped with tile and fixture choices at each of the showrooms. It took months to start our project but we did start a month earlier than expected. Jerry and Luco were assigned to our project. They took pride in their work and respected our home. In fact, each day they took their time to greet our dog. Our dog loves people and she thought Jerry and Luco were there to give her attention. Jerry went above and beyond on the last day so we could get our shower back on the day promised. Tyler went above and beyond to help get through some of the issues found in the remodel. My husband and I are very happy with the final outcome.

We had the privilege of working with Gehman Design on our kitchen remodeling project. Our first job was an addition to my parents home where they replaced a small mud room with an addition that contains a full ADA bath, a laundry and a sitting room off the kitchen. The workmanship was excellent and the project came out great. We then had them redo our 1960 bathroom replacing all the gaudy pink tile with solid slabs, a new floor, a small tub with a walk-in tub and an enclosed small shower with a glass enclosed open shower. Both projects came out great. The crews that worked on the projects were professional, courteous and very personable. They were not the low bid on either job, but they are well worth the money as the quality of the workmanship is tops.

The Gehman group is amazing I won’t use anyone else! Tyler is a great point man and mister Gehman was a huge help and very hands on. You can trust them to do a GREAT Job!
