Every project begins with us coming to your home to hear your design ideas. We will take basic measurements to bring back to our office
The second appointment will be at our showroom where we will show you projects similar to yours and at this time we will give you a range of what the project will cost.
We will then ask for a design agreement which is a 6% of the highest cost of the project range. This allows us to do a site visit and we will give you 3 design ideas of what your space will look like.
When all of the selections are done we will then present you with a firm number. When you sign the contract we will then schedule your project into our production schedule.
Your Remodeling Consultant and your appointed Project Manager will be on site to go over the project with you before we start.
When the project is complete, this is when the 5 year warranty on our craftsmanship and 10 year structural warranty kicks in.
